Digital Products

Once the order is confirmed and the product is sent, we do not issue refunds for digital products. However, we recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refunds

Customers who are not completely satisfied with our services may request a full refund within the first 24 hours of their purchase, provided their orders have not been started. Refunds will be processed through our customer support agents who can be reached via email. Please note that refunds are not applicable to free credits or promotional services.

No Refunds After Delivery

There will be no refunds once an order is delivered. If the services drop after a few days, customers can ask for a refill. After 30 days, there will be no refills or refunds for any case.

Once the ordered social media services have been fully delivered and confirmed, these services are not eligible for a refund. If you encounter any issues with the delivery or quality of these services, please contact our customer support for assistance before the 30-day period expires.
